为了进一步优化运营，推动公司成长，我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、战略思维卓越的首席运营官 (COO)。
岗位职责：
- 全面负责公司日常运营，制定并执行业务发展计划；
- 确保公司资源的高效管理，优化业务流程；
- 带领团队开拓东南亚市场，建立与维护商业合作关系；
- 与公司高管团队协作，推动企业战略目标的实现；
- 管控运营风险，确保公司在法规框架内运营；
- 管理财务预算，提升成本效益。
任职要求：
- 学历背景：商业管理、企业运营、市场营销等相关领域的硕士或MBA学历优先；
- 工作经验：至少5年以上高管职位经验，有初创公司或国际化业务背景者优先；
对东南亚市场有深入了解，熟悉当地文化及商业环境；
- 能力要求：战略思维强，具备优秀的领导能力及执行力；
优秀的沟通协调能力，擅长与跨文化团队合作；
财务管理及运营优化能力突出；
- 语言要求：精通中文和英语，能够无障碍进行商业交流；

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Singapore
Company Background:
Bosum Business School, a leading business academy in China, is actively expanding into the Southeast Asian market. We have established a startup company in Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality business education and consulting services to local and regional enterprises.
To further optimize operations and drive company growth, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and develop and implement business development plans;
- Ensure efficient resource management and optimize business processes;
- Lead the team in expanding into the Southeast Asian market, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships;
- Collaborate with the executive team to achieve corporate strategic goals;
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks;
- Manage financial budgets to enhance cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:Master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related fields is preferred;
- Work Experience:At least 5 years of executive-level experience, preferably in startups or international business;
In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including local culture and business environment;
- Skills:Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and execution abilities;
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team;
Proven expertise in financial management and operational optimization;
- Language Requirements:Fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct business discussions seamlessly.
