The Staff Transport Assistant will be a member of the team coordinating the daily Staff Transport operational activities. The duties include:
- Coordinate day-to-day staff transport operational activities and ensure transport activities are carried out:
- Collate transport indent
- Perform transport pooling and route planning
- Coordinate with Contractors to ensure that vehicles are deployed smoothly
- Oversee operations at the main staging site
- Perform audit checks on vendor operations
- Manage and track staff feedback and address concerns related to staff transport matters
- Collate and prepare daily transport reports
- Ensure external vendor performance and compliance with service standards
- Carry out any further tasks as directed by the Company.
- This role requires the candidate to perform shift duties
