Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resource/LCCI or equivalent
· Min 5-6 years experiences
(in construction related industry preferred)
· Good initiative, well organized & resourceful
· Knowledge of MYOB Accounting System
· Proficient in MS Office
· Strong in Office Management
· Good command in English/Mandarin
· Able to work independently
· Only Singaporean/PR may apply
Responsibility:
· Office Management and Human Resource
· Payroll including Foreign Workers’ time-card calculation
· CPF Submission/Tax Submission
· Work Permits Renewal and Courses Application
· AR/AP Accounting with MYOB
· Chasing of Payment
· Progressive Claim for Projects
· All government related survey/matters
· ISO related matters
· Administrative Duties
