- Responsible for one sub-segment or a complete product portfolio of the business and manage, for the Group, the full marketing strategy for its portfolio (Vision & Roadmap, SPRINT, Launch, support to MARCOM; Portfolio Management incl. EOL, TCO).
- Responsible to drive the business in order to build revenues and profitability today and in the next 1 to 3 years for its assigned sub-segment / product portfolio, with limited support of the Business Segment Manager.
- Market Analysis & Customer Intimacy : Understand trends, identify partnership opportunities, be close to the market, synthetize customer insights, analyze how to create differentiation, value pricing, …)
- Create a clear vision & 1-3-year roadmap : Define company vision and 1-3 year growth/profitability objectives, make & defend business plan
- Product Roadmap Execution & Delivery : Define new product candidates & prepare SPRINT, define & prioritize segment product cost reduction plans and performance upgrades.
