Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, company website, LinkedIn).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
• Assist in managing communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies tailored to the tech industry.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics for management review.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the tech industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
