Job Description & Major Responsibilities
Service Engineers install, service, support, upgrade and maintain SCREEN equipment. Training is provided to support multiple equipment types. They perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and make repairs or adjustments. Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extensive electronic-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.
• To support the team in meeting customers’ expectations and company’s expectations
• To support machines and be technically inclined
• Direct support on machines at local/oversea customers’ fab and the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction amongst our customers.
• To attend weekly meeting and presentation
• To write technical report
• To handle specific jigs during service jobs
• To assist Senior Engineer to perform higher-level job
• To perform ad-hoc delivery of parts to customer
• To perform service/installation/troubleshooting job in local/oversea
• To perform spare parts inventory control and recording in SAP B1
