Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant with previous startup or FinTech experience to join our dynamic and fast-growing financial group - SDAX Financial Pte Ltd.

You will be part of the Finance team in Singapore and reporting to the Finance Manager.

Job Description

Accounting

• Prepare monthly actual cash flows reports and monthly cash flows forecasts update (including brief variance analysis)
• Prepare monthly management report and consolidation package and provide commentaries on key variances
• Responsible for full spectrum of monthly closing, which includes accruals, prepayments and reconciling of intercompany balances
• Responsible for timely billing of invoices to customers and arrears management
• Responsible for timely payment of invoices to vendors and fund transfers in accordance with Delegation of Authority limits
• Prepare month end audit schedules, cashflow statement, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare management and MAS reports, as well as variance analysis
• Liaise with external auditors and provide support to the team for statutory reporting
• Review tax computations and liaise with tax agent to manage the tax filing process
• Ensure corporate and statutory requirements are met and reports are submitted on a timely basis
• Responsible for yearly budgeting exercise for all assigned entities
• Maintain general office files and contracts
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Platform Management

• Finance operational matters for an online marketplace platform which includes:
• Liaising with operations department on daily e-wallet deposit and withdrawal
• Trust account reconciliation
• Liaise with Commerical department on loan disbursements and other matters

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Degree in Accounting/ACCA
• 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance/Accounting department
• Good team player with strong communication skills who is able to work independently and as a team
• Meticulous with an eye for details, proactive, keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with good time management skills to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office eg. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
• Work experience in professional accounting firms will be an added advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to hit the ground running in areas such as performance marketing, website analytics and email marketing. The ideal candidate must be able to strategise plans as well as execute day-to-day tasks independently, while working with more senior members of the team for larger scale campaigns and other ad-hoc digital or martech projects.

• Performance marketing and paid media

- Hands-on experience in executing paid campaigns in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Outbrain

- Copywrite ad copy and work with designer to develop ad creatives

- Manage or support administrative matters such as billing, tracking and updating of media budgets

- Coordinate with publishers and media outlets on ad purchases

- Partner with publishers and media outlets on marketing events

• Website analytics and content management

- Ability to conceptualise campaign landing pages

- Good understanding and practical experience of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and other relevant analytics tools

- Experience with website content management systems to upload or maintain content

• Email marketing

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools. Use cases include:

> Scheduling and sending out of emails to pre-defined audience segments

> Creating automated email journeys such as onboarding, and reminder emails

> Maintain database of contacts

• Data-driven Reporting

- Prepare corresponding reports for the above areas

- Analyse data to gain actionable insights

- Work closely with UI / UX to enhance customer experience as well as optimise conversion rate

Requirements and Qualifications

The candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Bonus attributes include:

• Background in Financial Industry

• Experience in development of and buying of print ads

• Qualifications in Google Analytics, and relevant performance marketing courses (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

Join our cohesive team, comprised of individuals specialising in User Experience, digital marketing, content marketing, and events management. This position is expected to last 3 to 6 months, with potential for permanent employment based on performance and alignment with business needs.

• Brainstorm ideas for social media posts as well as help to community manage on brands platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
• Assist in news monitoring and uploading of curated articles on SDAX’s website
• Support the team with campaign and other reports by tracking performance across pre-defined success metrics
• Help manage performance marketing or other paid media campaigns – such as optimising ads, generating and tallying expenses
• Create digital flow charts of user journeys
• Perform other day-to-day or project-based tasks
• Support in coordination of events and webinars
• Aid designer in creating marketing collaterals

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual with a flair for writing and strong background in the finance industry to join us on our exciting journey and be part of a great team.

The successful candidate must have expertise in investment and related topics for short- and long-form writing. He or she should also have established experience in content creation or conceptualisation across social media formats, video and EDM/emails.

In a complementary manner, candidate can manage our appointed Public Relations agency.

Primary: Writing, Content and Social Media

• Formulate content strategy in line with business and marketing objectives or successfully drive and execute content strategy based on roadmap
• Experience in writing blog articles and social media posts to increase and engage our community of members
• Plan creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics to measure success
• Drive or create content for social media, blog posts and videos production (e.g. storyboarding, interview scripts)
• Produce website content, copywriting and marketing collaterals
• Community manage brand’s social media platforms with the team
• Mentor and collaborate with a junior member of the team to achieve the above
• Brand’s platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp Business

Secondary: Events & Public Relations

• Own key content aspects of event management and work closely with stakeholders on event agenda and presentation materials
• Examples of events: Thought leadership webinars and networking events with affluent and high net worth clientele
• Independently manage appointed PR agency to achieve KPIs based on scope of work
• Comfortable with coordinating with other departments (e.g. legal/compliance, commercial) to drive the overall PR agenda

Reporting

• Work closely with other members of the CX / Marketing team to generate, and analyse reports

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in areas of writing, content creation, social media, preferably events and public relations
• A University degree or higher in either Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, or related discipline is preferred
• Portfolio of published articles and social content
• Understanding and experience of leveraging on AI tools and software to deliver content is a bonus
