We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Office Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of human resources administration and office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace and supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and background checks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits programs.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and address concerns promptly and confidentially.
- Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration and office management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
