- Position: Implementation Software Consultant - (Knowledge of monday.com/ B2B SaaS/ Sales Support)
- Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)
- Working hours: 5 Working days (Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $6,200 + Commission + Transportation Claim

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, architect, design, and implement tailored solutions using the monday.com Work OS.
- Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise, building proof-of-concepts, and delivering post-sale implementation services.
- Plan and manage customer onboarding solutions, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management.
- Design advanced solutions leveraging monday.com’s APIs, apps framework, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Integromat).
- Supplement workflows using low-code/no-code tools to extend monday.com capabilities.
- Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, customer goals, and deliverables are met.
- Conduct end-user training, workshops, and webinars to empower customers and improve adoption of the platform.
- Work with enterprise customers to define and implement solutions that address their unique business needs and challenges.
- Build relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical customer success / implementation manager / professional services consultant / technical project manager, preferably with experience in complex product implementation.
- Expertise in architecting and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers, ideally within the onboarding and implementation of software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and experience with integration platforms like Unito, Zapier, Integromat, or Workato.
- Ability to code in Java/ Python, familiarity with React would be advantageous
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SSO/SAML/AD identity authentication protocols.
