Responsibilities:
• Process hire purchase loan applications and assess eligibility
• Attend to loan enquiries and provide/advise on appropriate loan solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
• Conduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them.
• Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing of hire purchase loans
• Plan and perform administrative / documentation procedures throughout entire process till disbursement of the loan
• Handle loans documentation for block discounting and other finance facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loan and facility records, and assist with preparation of facility reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
• Assist with other administrative functions to ensure loan administrative processes are running efficiently.
Requirements:
• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and sensitive with numbers
• Possess good initiative, strong administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate fluently to our customers.
