Responsibilities:
- Track market trends and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement business strategies for growth
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Develop and implement financial strategies, including budget planning and cost analysis
- Provide reports and analysis on business performance, and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead the development of proposals and presentations, and participate in client meetings and negotiations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in similar capacity from specialty chemicals field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands
