As an HR Intern, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of executive search, working closely with our team of experienced recruitment professionals. This internship offers you a unique opportunity to develop critical skills in talent acquisition, client engagement, and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: Support the team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines: Help identify top talent and contribute to growing our candidate database.
- Conduct market research: Gain insights into various industries and identify talent trends.
- Collaborate on client projects: Work with consultants on active client assignments, learning how to deliver top candidates that meet client needs.
- Support team initiatives: Contribute to maintaining recruitment metrics and tracking the success of campaigns.

- Minimum A level/diploma graduate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
