We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Relations Manager to join our team, providing essential support for our school bus services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably within the education or transport sector, and must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain positive relationships with parents, school staff, and bus operators.
Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding school bus services.
Coordinate daily operations, ensuring bus schedules run smoothly.
Communicate efficiently with international schools, understanding their unique operational needs.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide timely updates on any service changes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Regularly review and improve customer service processes to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a relevant field.
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in customer service, transportation, and school operations.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory (both speaking and writing).
A valid driving license is required.
Must be available to answer calls and address urgent matters as needed.
Familiarity with the operations of international schools is highly preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
