Responsibilities:

• Conducts business requirement gathering, user testing, and training, and prepares necessary functional documentation
• Assists in the development and support of systems using .NET Framework 4.5 and above, Visual Studio (VS) 2015 and above, JQuery/Kendo/Telerik UI controls, MS SQL, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Provides functional and technical support to users
• Troubleshoots and resolves system issues
• Participates in business analysis and technical design sessions
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations
• Documents system processes and presents progress reports
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation
• Manages projects as assigned, potentially serving as Project Manager
• For senior positions, provides coaching and mentoring to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in business requirement gathering, system development, and support
• Strong functional skills in business requirement gathering and translating requirements into functional specifications, test cases, and training manuals
• Strong technical skills in .NET Framework 4.5 and above, Visual Studio (VS) 2015 and above, JQuery/Kendo/Telerik UI controls, MS SQL, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Involvement in one or more full SDLCs for enterprise projects
