The Role

As SECTION’s HR Executive, you’ll independently manage all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and performance management. This solo contributor role involves driving a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations across the board.

The Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and interview coordination to extending offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, and handle work pass applications, renewals, and terminations in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding new hires with ISO-compliant documentation and managing offboarding, exit interviews, and final documentation.
• Organize employee engagement activities, such as quarterly team bonding and celebratory events, and support employee benefits programs, managing initiatives such as bread days.

Your Role

Your Past

You have a background in digital and understand the general frameworks of what goes behind the development of a website. You could have dabbled with simpler systems that required non-tech expertise such as structuring online content with Content Management Systems (CMS), grasping and leveraging the concept of workflows used in enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce for eDM and SMS deliverables.

You could have developed first-level troubleshooting skills while navigating through such systems and got yourself familiarised with general technical support workflows via Global support teams that were tagged to the systems.

The Responsibilities

Managerial reporting

• Quarterly revenue tracking and reporting

• Recurring catch-ups with the management team to discuss incoming scopes, uncover business opportunities, and problem statements devised from escalations and observations

Team management

• Project team planning including arrangement for after-hours standby manpower or backup manpower to address leave schedule of personnels

The Requirements

• Some year(s) of experience in leading a team that requires continuous accumulation of system knowledge and monitoring efforts. Some examples: Websites, mobile applications, Admin portals, Customer relationship management systems and more
