JOB DESCRIPTION

· Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at Kindergarten-Care (K-Care) Centre, including taking a class to conduct programmes as and when needed

· Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards

· Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents

· Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications)

· Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a supervisory/leadership role

· Child First Aid

WORKING HOURS

· 9.5 hours shift (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and conduct both indoor and outdoor activities for primary school students
• Ensure students' welfare and safety are being taken care of
• Supervise students to ensure completion of homework and that spelling revision is done
• Liaise with parents and form teachers to provide feedback on students' behavioural and learning progress

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. GCE “O” level and above
• Able to lead and manage primary school students
• Able to communicate well with parents and students
• Some relevant working experience in a related field

WORKING HOURS

• Normal school term working hours: 11am - 7pm (Mon - Fri)
• School holiday working hours: 8-hour shift between 7.30am to 7pm (Mon - Fri)

· Provide routine care and conduct health checks for the children

· Plan and prepare for programmes for the children

· Conduct and supervise class activities / field trips

· Prepare and serve simple meals for the children

· Ensure compliance to safety and health standards

· Maintain a conducive and positive learning environment for the children, including washing and sanitizing of toys and sleeping cots

· Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

· Update parents on children’s learning and development progress

REQUIREMENTS

· GCE “O” level with pass in English

· At least 1 year of experience working in preschool or student care settings

· Applicants with WSQ Student Care, WSQ Student Care Centre (Early Years) or Certificate in Early Childhood and Care Education will have an added advantage

· Those without relevant qualification will be sent for the courses

· Passion working with children
