Core responsibilities:
- Ensuring tasks are properly executed and according to schedule.
- Resolve site problems and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure proper co-ordination of activities on sites
- Ensure general workers on site work effectively and adhere to the Clients’ QEHS management system
- Report to PIC on any non-conformance at the site
- Document all changes and VO on site especially verbally instruction by Clients
- Ensure procedures, standards and process are followed and maintained
- Responsible for health and safety matters of residents and workers
Carry out inspections on the works in progress to ensure proper quality control and checks before handing over to Clients.
Job Specifications
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Building/ Project Management
Diploma or ‘O’ Levels – Min 3 year experience
Special requirements: (e.g. Need to work overtime if needed, encourage to have BCSS, WHSO certified by MOM etc.)

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
1. Reporting to PM on progress and site issues.
2. Plan to ensure safety at work site
3. Ensuring all equipment and tools are in good and safe working condition at all times.
4. Carry out quality inspection and identify defective works during construction stage for all the trades before handing over.
5. Ensuring all materials and equipment are sufficient in order to carry out the daily tasks.
6. Liaise with client representative for unit handing over.
7. Charge hand to supervise and ensure sub-con works are as per required quality and standard.
8. Maintain record of the rectification works before and after handing over.
