Responsibilities
Meeting and liaising with prospective clients to understand and develop the design brief
Propose cutting-edge concepts, avant-garde design proposals and strong space planning
Strong knowledge of materials, ironmongery, and finishes
Create and develop FF&E schedule
Produce design and detail drawings on AutoCAD
Able to use SketchUp to develop ideas and articulate design intent
Pre-Requisites
Meticulous, detail-oriented with high artistic value
Confident, eloquent, and exhibiting good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and self-motivated, initiative-driven
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Qualifications/Experience
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop and AutoCAD
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Interior Design or related fields preferred
