Job Description:

· Maintain a full set of accounts which including AR, AP, cash book, and general ledger

· Prepare monthly accounting schedules, financial statements, month-end, and year-end reporting

· Assist in preparing and monitoring financial budgets, forecasts, and implementation of financial controls

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

· Prepare quarterly GST report

· Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit

· Liaise with secretarial on the passing of company resolutions

· Liaise with bankers on updates on the change of authorised signatory and any compliance required by banks

· Handling government claims as well as audit queries on these claims.

· Human Resources, Administrative and secretarial support to the team and superior

· Any other job assigned

Requirement:

· Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in maintaining a full set of accounts

· Preferably with experience in using QuickBooks accounting software

· Good command of English will be an advantage

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

· A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision

· Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel

· Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage

Job Summary: The Training Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all training programs and initiatives comply with industry regulations, organizational policies, and best practices. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure they meet compliance standards of relevant funding bodies and support the organization's goals. The Training Compliance Manager will work closely with various departments to manage compliance requirements and facilitate training that aligns with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Management:
   • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies related to training and consultancy projects.
   • Develop and maintain training compliance frameworks and procedures to align with current regulations and best practices.
   • Conduct regular audits of training programs and records to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
2. Training Program Oversight:
   • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring they meet compliance requirements and organizational objectives.
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training materials that comply with regulatory and industry standards.
   • Review and approve training content and delivery methods to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
3. Policy and Procedure Development:
   • Develop and update training policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and organizational needs.
   • Ensure training policies are effectively communicated to employees and integrated into daily operations.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, completion rates, and compliance status.
   • Prepare and present reports on training compliance, including metrics, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Training and Support:
   • Provide guidance and support to departments and employees on compliance-related training matters.
   • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
   • Address and resolve any compliance issues or concerns related to training programs.
6. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential compliance risks related to training and develop strategies to mitigate them.
   • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and compliance audits.
   • Promote a culture of continuous learning and compliance within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in training management, ompliance, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing compliance programs.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for all WSG, SSG and PSG-JR related fundings.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in training management system (TMS) and TPGateway.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for evaluating training programs and compliance data.

Job Summary: The Consultation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing client consultation projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering projects on schedule. The Consultation Project Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop project plans, and oversee the execution of consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans, budgets, and deadlines.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Client Management:

• Source for clients via SFIC’s network or with external events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client needs and expectations, and ensure these are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors or consultants as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project plans, and meeting notes.

Business Development:

• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional consulting engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new projects.

Qualifications:

• Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Consulting, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.

• Experience:

- 2 years of experience in project management or consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Skills:

- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and methodologies.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
