The selected candidate will assist with the Investor Relations, HR and Administrative aspect of our group of companies. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Investor Relations

• Prepare agreements for new investments or renewals
• Prepare investment withdrawal notice, payment and email to clients
• Maintain and update client listings as well as the investment listings
• Maintain and update new/renewal investment information in the client portal
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly returns pay-outs to respective clients, and ensure payments are timely and in order
• Prepare email announcements to clients on quarterly payments and promotions
• Work closely with Business Development Associates on all matters related to investment
• Any other ad-hoc matters as arranged by the company

HR and Administration

• Maintain and update employees’ leave & medical reimbursement records
• Collate and arrange interviews for internship programme as well as full-time position
• Main liaison for CSR events
• Monitor and ensure prompt payment of utilities payments & other billings
• Monitor the expiry date of licence and memberships etc
• Attend to all matters related to HR, Benefits, Payroll & CPF payment
• Attend to all matters related to Staff Training
• Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual surveys/reports (internal & external) are submitted on time and in order
• Any other ad-hoc matters as arranged by the company

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in finance-related discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Detailed-oriented, meticulous, ability to multi-tasking and an independent individual who can work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Fast learner and a team-player
• Official working hours: 10am to 6pm, 5-day work week
• Flexible work arrangements can be discussed

Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth by providing innovative financing solutions and building long-term relationships with the respective SMEs.

Job Description

• Identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Builds relationships through understanding and determining client needs, making excellent sales calls offering financial products
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing and documentation
• Perform due diligence on onboarding clients based on internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc matters as arranged by the company

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in finance-related discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals
• Strong business development background (preferable SME Lending)
