The Senior Process Engineer will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of wastewater treatment processes within our projects. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to advance project goals. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical, physical, and biological treatment methods, strong project management skills, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To lead the process engineers,

• Develop detailed process designs for complex wastewater treatment projects.
• Lead pilot studies and data collection efforts to validate process concepts.
• Create process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Perform detailed calculations related to plant process design and prepare system operation & control philosophy.
• Work closely with multiple disciplines to ensure quality and competitive proposals are developed and delivered on time.
• Support Business Development on technical presentations and/or meetings with potential or existing clients.
• Participate in preparing the design specification, Bill of Quantity (BQ), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) and assist in selecting equipment and components.
• Assist in project implementation, including process-related document preparation and technical clarification with client.
• Participate in testing and commissioning work.
• Any other works as instructed by the company management.

• Perform lab equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
• Develop methods for wastewater treatment according to customer’s requirements
• Develop test plans, drive testing execution, analyze, document results, and report to respective PIC.
