· Manage work teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client

· Cost controls, achieve timelines and schedules

· Achieve work quality and safety requirements

Pre-Requisites

· Degree/Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Relevant site experiences in LTA Rail Projects

· Responsible, good work ethics with strong drive to deliver results

· Class 3 driving licence

Responsibilities

· Control and monitor all activities relating to Quality Management System (QMS)

· Implement project quality and inspection plans (PQP, ITP)

· Coordinate with relevant parties and clients on quality matters

· Carry out internal audits at sites in accordance to PQP and QMS

· Any other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites

· Diploma or degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with QA/QC experiences

· Relevant work experiences in facade, curtain wall and roofing works

· A team player, hardworking, responsible and with good work ethics
