We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Renovation Supervisor to oversee and manage our renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, and painting work, and possess strong leadership skills to supervise site activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and manage renovation works at various sites.
- Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to workers, ensuring proper execution of electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to any on-site challenges.
- Maintain clear communication with the project manager and clients regarding timelines and progress.
