A multi-skilled, hardworking and efficient warehouse assistant with a proven track record of ensuring the smooth functioning and running of all warehouse concerning activities. Able to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material / stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.Prepare daily order for retail shop and customers

• Prepare daily online order
• Perform weekly , monthly and annually stock take
• Able to carry very heavy goods(appox 10-20 kgs)
• Able to climb up the wareshouse racking to pick goods
• Able to handle Reach trucks and pallet jack
• Able to used the electronic gadgets to pick goods
• Able to support delivery job if require
• able to handle and unstuff 20 / 40 ft container job ( frequent)
• Able to read simple english as all order are in english.
• Able to work as team
• Able to support long hour work (Time 8am to 6pm daily )
• Able to work 6 days per week
• Able to support over time (frequent)
• Able to work independently

Job Scope:

· Perform daily deliveries and collections of goods.

· Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, stock level, shelf life, updating system records and space allocation

· Responsible for monthly physical stock count

· Ensure all warehouse operations work processes are in accordance with the established procedures and standards

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related environment
• Possess knowledge in warehouse operations and delivery
  Able to manage inbound/outbound activities and ensure smooth operations
  Strong & Physically fit ( Toiletries products 10 to 20 kgs )
• Class 3 licence
• Able to delivery goods independently
• Willing to work overtime
• Remark: 10ft lorry are not allow to bring back.
• Working Hour : Mon to Fri : 0800 hrs to 1800 hrs (reporting time : 0750hr)
• Sat : 0800 hrs to 1500 hrs (reporting time : 0750hr)

· Supervising a team and ensure smooth operation

· Responsible for the sales of products

· Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

· Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

· Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

· Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

· 6 days roster based (retail hour 11am to 10pm)

· 1 weekday off

Making improvement to the running of the business

Deliver quality products and services to meet the expectation of customers.

Conduct monthly inventory checks in operating equipment and supplies

Provide data-driven support for the review and creation of guidelines and policies

Offer support for task forces and working groups, including meeting organization, tracking follow-ups, and progress reporting

Requirements:
