Job Description

• Represent ShopperPlus Singapore’s brand and display thorough knowledge of the business's services when dealing with potential and existing customers
• Ensure ShopperPlus Singapore’s operations run smoothly by coordinating between departments and clients
• Manage the overall standards of the merchandising and promoter service experience, as well as assist with administrative tasks as required
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and operations
• Audit the service standards by conducting regular checks onsite
• Assist in the recruitment workflow for merchandising and/or promoter projects
• Create, manage and analyse operational reports for presentation to clients

Requirements

• At least a diploma qualification
• Singaporean or PR ONLY
• At least 2 years of experience
• Detailed, pro-active and have good time management
• Able to roll up the sleeves and walk the talk
• Able to travel island wide
• Able to work on weekends if the situation requires

Job Description

• To carry out timely media installation in assigned supermarkets as per instructions given
• Taking pictures of the installed mediums
• Replacing damaged/missing posters
• Work closely with the outlet personnel
• To carry out all scheduled maintenance programs in all assigned outlets.
• To carry out survey as instructed
• To carry out all tasks assigned by the management and/or team leader
• To carry out the following role of merchandiser during non-peak period and/or assigned by the management
  • Stock replenishment and daily OOS check at all touch points
  • Stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory check
  • Product hygiene and cleanliness
  • Merchandising standards/guidance to maintain/defend Brand’s SOS
  • Perfect execution and HQ compliance with strong ownership
  • Quality call coverage and implement quality BCP store visit standard process
  • Prompting urgent and critical issues for immediate solutions
  • Timely and excellent promotion execution – setup, price, and maintenance of display
  • POSM deployment and disposal
  • Accurate report tracking/on field data collection via FFAS – OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback, etc. as aligned
• To submit all relevant operations and/or merchandising reports and/or tracking promptly via the company’s app

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent customer and sale service in a retail environment
• Identify and attend to customer's needs and enquiries on our products
• Demonstrate/promote, provide information and sell our products

Job Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry items weighing up to 15kg.
• 6 days work week (off on weekday)
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Have merchandising and/or promoter experience
• Able to travel island wide

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To assist in identifying new potential clients, qualify and acquire new business accounts to achieve sales target.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies, analyzing trends and results.
• Assist in identifying and recommending enhanced and new services that answer clients’ business needs.
• Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients and advertising agencies in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Assist in preparation of proposal and credentials.
• Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio.
• Assist in proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities locally and in other states or in conjunction with senior staff.
• To ensure client’s in-store POSM delivered and executed in timely manner.
• Working closely with internal teams to handle client’s issues and solve strategically.
• Regular reviews and reporting on sales target and overall performance through periodical reports and discussion meetings.
• Work closely with colleagues on cross selling opportunities and other internal teams.
• Assist in gathering information on competitive landscape and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing or advertising sales. However, fresh graduates without experience but possess personal attributes (stated below) are also encouraged to apply.
• Good command in English (written & oral), Chinese dialect (oral) is an added advantage.
• Self-starter, organized, resourceful, independent and self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, result oriented, a team player and IT savvy.
