Independent handling, investigation and processing of marine insurance claims from first notification to final settlement.
Liaison with claimants, appointment of marine surveyors and other professionals worldwide, provide settlement and consultancy advice to clients.
Ensuring all claims are processed in a timely manner.
Keep insurers fully updated on developments of the claim and settlement negotiations.
Handle or pursue recoveries associated with marine claims. Defend and negotiate liability settlements on behalf of clients.
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned, including marketing.
