Shrink Pte Ltd is a dynamic new startup on a mission to revolutionise the way fresh produce reaches consumers. We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team and be part of this exciting journey.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and purchasing high-quality fresh produce directly from China.
• Overseeing import/export procedures between China and Singapore, including documentation and licenses.
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow our network of major supermarkets and agents in Singapore.
• Negotiating competitive deals with both buyers and suppliers to optimise profitability.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and suppliers throughout the supply chain.
• Managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure product listings align with inventory.
• Leading a team of packers in efficient order fulfilment and delivery operations.
• Planning and scheduling manpower for sorting and packing tasks.
• Contributing to the overall success of the company through additional assigned duties.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in fresh produce distribution management.
• 5+ years of experience effectively managing a team.
• Proven experience handling import/export processes, especially from China.
• Fluency in reading and writing Mandarin.
• A passion for fresh produce and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
