Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy and plan from SBU
• Deliver sales targets
• Lead Business Development initiatives with supports from Account Managers, Marketing, Technical Services and R&D
• Executive face to Customers/Suppliers/Logistic providers in sub region
• Act as most senior business leader in the SEA region to drive the culture and cross function collaboration
• Develop, advise and execute business growth strategy for the sub region
• P&L responsibility larger than 100 million USD
• Uses Salesforce.com to keep track of sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Chemical, Business, MBA, Marketing, Engineering
• Specialty chemical business experience in additive, antioxidants, polyolefin
• 10+ years of prior experience in sales, trading, business development, and strategy
• Demonstrated strong leadership dimensions
• Commercial Leadership experience in an MNC company
• Strong initiative / improvement mindset
• Priority setting and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good leadership, able to coach and mentor

The Process Technician is responsible for the daily operation of the equipment and procedures for the Plant area to which he/she has been assigned. This includes responsibility for manipulation of equipment and controls to carry out procedures, and completion of in-process analytical for process decisions and verification, and housekeeping of the work area. In completion of his/her job tasks, the Process Technician is responsible for seven basic performance areas – Yield, Capacity, Safety/Health/and Environmental, Quality, Plant Condition, Skill Development and Other Costs.

Education:

- NITEC/Diploma in chemical technology or closely related field
