Define, implement and track the progress of the Masterplan measures in the region, including the relevant set of KPI’s for all functions, following global standards.
Project Management for key projects and initiatives that are critical to the company’s strategic goals, ensuring they stay on track and meet objectives.
Lead/Support Strategic Initiatives and assist the AP CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring the region’s strategic plan.
Gather, analyze, and present data and reporting to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
Drive governance and performance in the region.
Organize executive meetings and prepare materials for leadership meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations. Ensure the CEO is briefed on all relevant topics.
People & Culture: Assist the region in fostering a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and strategic goals.
Support Regional CEO in any ad-hoc requests for the business.
Requirements:
At least, 5+ years of experience in the wind industry, preferably in ON and/or SE, working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Advanced planning and stakeholder management skills with proven track record. Project management certification is an advantage as well as MBA or EMBA.
