Description & Requirements

• Receive, inspect and sort incoming goods
• Organizing & storage of goods
• Pick, pack and label incoming & outgoing goods
• Carry out housekeeping to ensure a clean, tidy and safe store environment
• Conduct inventory checks
• Assist warehouse supervisor on admin duties
• May require to carry heavy good

Requirements:

• GCE "N' or "O" Level

Your main responsibilities:

• Communication with customers for service requests

• Plan & Manage transport schedule

• Liaision party between CFS, warehouse, drivers & customers

• Plan & coordinate for timely deliveries according to customer’s request.

• Ensure that all jobs are monitored / timely updated in system.

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Your main responsibilities:

• Communication with customers for service requests

• Preparation of shipping documents

• Liaision party between warehouse, trucker, customer, site, carrier

• Plan & coordinate for timely deliveries according to customer’s request.

• Ensure that all jobs are monitored / timely updated in system.

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Saturday 0900 - 1300HRS

- Bilingual in english and mandarin.

- Proficient in Microsoft office.

- Basic knowledge in either accounts/administrative/sales work.

- Responsible, independent, willing to learn

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle daily delivery and collection timely, accurately, with care and safety

· Follow Singapore traffic regulations and PSA / Jurong Port requirements

· Observe and conform to Company’s safety regulations

· Able / willing start time based on job needs

· Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping

· Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident

· Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes

· Proper handling of company assets and equipment

· Report any cargo discrepancy during course of work

· Adhere to safety requirements while on the job

· Report to traffic controller or traffic coordinator immediately if remarks are written on delivery notes by customer

· To perform any other tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· class 4 or 5 driving license

· Min 1 year of experience

· Salary: Basic + Trip ($2,500 - $5,500)

5.5 working days.
