- Liaising with clients
- Attending Meetings on site
- Co-ordinating between administrative and site operations
- Renewing work permits for foreign employees of company
- Liaising with vendors for procurement and maintenance of machinery / office equipment / insurance policies, etc.
- Facilitating the renewal and / or application of company certification
- Facilitating stock checks of company’s inventory
- Preparing payment claims and invoices to clients
- Assisting the management to enact contingency plans in event of emergencies (e.g., Covid - 19)
- Liaising with government official for compliance
- Any other matters that may be referred to you
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to speak, bilingual language.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to cope with work on time in urgent days
