Qualifications and skills

· Direct Sales experience

· Experience with managing sales team

· Experience in customer sales and customer contact strategy

· Good with people management

· Experience in jewellery customer service and luxury retail sales is a huge advantage

· Gemstone knowledge a plus (On job training will be provided)

· Good time management skills and can work independently

· Has an excellent command in spoken and written English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus as we serve some Mandarin speaking only customers.

· Good with Excel, Shopify, Zoom and open to learning new tools

· Good problem-solving skills

· Minimum diploma or degree holder in any field

· Positive attitude and has a cheerful disposition

Skills

· Highly creative and proficient in hand-drawing, including gouache rendering

· Good knowledge of coloured gemstones is an advantage

· Able to propose design directions for a given theme

· Able to independently take on clients for bespoke design

· Jewellery and product photography

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

· Photo editing & Manipulation

Education & Experience

· Undergraduate Degree / Art foundation Diploma

· At least 2 years of experience in a jewellery design position

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in this field or related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Design or Digital Media or related discipline
