Duties:
1. A leadership role in curriculum development and teaching in Emperor’s Canon of Medicine, Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases of TCM undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
2. Student Assessment and Evaluation
3. Academic Administration
4. Professional Engagement and Service
· Engage in professional activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, to network and stay updated with developments in TCM field.
· Contribute to community outreach and engagement activities, promoting the college’s reputation and fostering partnerships.
5. While this role will emphasize teaching duties at first, active contribution to Management is welcome and opportunities to move to a more balanced teaching/management workload are possible.
Selection Criteria:
· A Master’s Degree in TCM discipline or higher.
· More than 20 years of teaching experience in TCM field.
· Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills & Highly Independent.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
