You will work with Medical Planning Officer and Patient Liaison Service to facilitate international patients’ appointment bookings and rescheduling. You will assist international patients seeking medical assistance and treatment so as to ensure a seamless patient journey. You will act as a service ambassador and work closely with care teams and internal stakeholders to address the patient’s needs and requests. You will work with Medical Planning Officer to facilitate tele-consultation and tele-collaboration. You will provide feedback and be involved in projects to improve the patient’s experience as well as reports generation. You will provide administrative support to Medical Planning Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree equivalent with 2 years of experience in healthcare industry
- Front line experience would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Self-starter who can both work in a team and independently
- Passionate about regional works and happy to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Overseas travelling will be required
