Key Responsibilities:
* Handle full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
* Perform GST reporting and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Liaise with bankers, vendors, lawyers, corporate secretary etc.
* Ensure all accounts comply with regulatory requirements.
* Prepare financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
* Manage monthly staff payroll and reimbursements.
* Submit survey forms/statistics as required by the government authorities.
* Perform HR duties and other administrative tasks.
* Liaise with clients and coordinate with co-workers across different departments.
* Other ad-hoc duties that may assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA / related qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in similar capacity
- Proficient in ABSS/MYOB and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Able to work independently and meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
