Job Functions & Summary:
Managing a team of outsourced security personnel, delegating tasks and conducting daily briefings. Respond to incidents, monitor CCTV and security systems, and perform regular patrols to identify potential breaches.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Security Manager to lead the security team in the overall daily departmental operations.
- Train outsourced security officers in daily tasks assignments by identifying operational shortfalls and improving them.
- Ensuring outsourced security team is adhering to security procedures and processes by conducting regular quality checks.
- Handling security system such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm panel, PA system, lift supervisory panel and other related equipment in FCC.
- Responding to emergency situations, such as fire alarm, fire evacuation, medical emergency, accidents within the premises, fallen tree etc. Liaise with the relevant authority such as the Police, SCDF, Npark etc.
- Work closely with other departments for any security related requirement.
- Liaise with outsource security agency on all security officer force issue, manning, attendance, performance etc.
- In charge of emergency equipment such as First Aid and AED by doing periodic checks to ensure validity.
- Ensure sufficient First Aid supplies. Put up order for replenishment.
