- To clean Admin Office and staff areas (Cooking Room, Pantry, Infirmary, etc.)

- To maintain cleaning supplies and cleanliness of Admin Office and staff areas

- To provide support during school events, guest visits and meetings

- To keep Admin office & staff areas (Cooking Room, Pantry, Infrimary, etc.) equipment and materials tidy and ready to use

- To assist with all other duties assigned by Admin Office staff as needed

- Fluent in English language

- Work hours: Monday to Friday daily at 08:00 ~ 14:00 (6 hrs)

- Salary: S$14 per hour

- This contract period starts from 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2026, and does not include the School Holiday periods

- Business level fluency in written and spoken Korean is mandatory; candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered

- Liaise with Korea's Ministry of Education and Korean organisations on daily basis, and assist in processing of documents

- Well aware of Korea's Ministry of Education's legal and regulative requirements

- Assist in human resource management and manpower planning strategies

- Support in the procurement of goods and services

- Assist in budgeting and planning strategies

- Manage the general administration of the school

- Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred

- Experienced in administrative work in schools and educational administration organisations of Korean setting

- Liaise with Korea's Ministry of Education and Korean organisations and assist in processing of documents
