Job Description
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly customer service as well as to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all the patients, with the main aim to excel in providing good patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Reporting to Clinic Operations Manager
· Registering and scheduling appointments for patients
· Managing email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients
· Providing chaperone assistance to patients
· Assisting doctors with simple procedures
· Providing patient education and financial counselling
· Preparing and dispensing medications
· Performing cashiering duties and daily settlements
· Performing any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
· Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
· Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage as the role requires the candidate to communicate with international clients.
