The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualisation. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.

There will be regional travel to countries where SIPEF operates in.

Responsibilities:

• Data extraction & analysing large volumes of data from various sources and Identifying data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks.
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets, including large-scale sustainability-related data sets for various platforms and frameworks.
• Evaluate organisational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets.
• Developing metrics, methodologies and tools for measuring sustainability outputs and impacts.
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
• Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
• Deliver Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards that visualise analytical results.

Requirements (Educational & Skills)

• At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Senior BI Analyst – Techno functional role.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms (Google, Microsoft Azure).
• Collaborates with business and IT teams to deliver fully functional BI deliverables that are actionable and meet business needs.
• Proficiency in using algorithms related to natural language processing, data mining, machine learning, deep learning and other AI areas.
• Strong experience developing reports and data visualizations using Python, R, Power BI and SQL. Experience in VBA, SAS Scripts, Tableau etc. is a plus.
• Experience in ETL, data pre-processing, data cleansing and validation, and data modelling.
• Relevant certifications such as the SAS-Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) programme and those from DataCamp, Udemy or Coursera is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business users and partners across the SIPEF group.

The role provides techno-functional responsibilities from blue-print to implementation. The Dynamics GP Specialist/Consultant will be a bridge between the business and the implementing vendor from the business gathering process to the project implementation/ rollout phase and expected to shoulder the responsibility for delivery, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics GP solution during all the project phases. As a techno-functional consultant, hands-on development working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to develop, customize, enhance and support the Dynamics GP environment.

The position will be based in Singapore and regional travel is expected. Role reports to CIO and Enterprise Technology Services Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Participate and moderate business needs assessment to understanding both company's requirements and system outcome.

2. Participate and contribute during solution blue-printing to adhere to best solutions and suggest appropriate solution.

• Provide internal support for third party software that integrates directly with Great Plains (smartView, Smart Connect, EDI etc).
• Create comprehensive test cases for system integration projects, fully test the accuracy of code changes or application installations before promoting to production environment.
• Assist in data clean-up, validation, and consolidation within Great Plains to keep reporting accurate and current, including report validation in tools like SSRS and Tableau.
• Support the IT team with projects as needed, including UAT, discovery, and end-user training.

3. Support project manager during comprehensive project execution plan and documentation and the team to create high quality system business requirement documentation, testing data and test cases.

• Ensures system capabilities and problems are identified timely and effectively escalated to project manager.
• Delivering on project with the Dynamics GP vendor including implementing new modules, improving processes and providing training.
• Working with the vendor's tech and devt team to deliver upgrades, customizations, integrations and custom report.

4. Work with company's Implementation team, business stakeholders and third parties/vendors to ensure successful rollout of GP projects.

• Interact with various levels of management from vendors as well as internal teams.
• Manage expectations and communication throughout the support process

Qualifications

• 5 years consulting and development experience as functional or business lead in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
• Understanding of best practices of GP, including the ability to coordinate with vendor solutions ideally within a partner background.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Architecture versions 2018 and onwards and excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft GP modules.
• Experience of working on full implementation life cycle across modules and with some development experience/knowledge of Dexterity.
• Comfortable with Microsoft SQL syntax, Dynamics GP table structure, and using SQL for report and SQL view design.
• Good knowledge in Financials / Supply Chain operations.
• Technology solutions to Palm Oil / Agri Industry is advantageous.

Role

• Work with vendors and local IT representatives in performing day-to-day operational functions in support of the Microsoft 365 environment, as well as system administration duties in a hybrid cloud environment (Hyper-V/VMware virtualization, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and Microsoft SQL).
• Ensure optimal system performance, security, and availability. This includes monitoring systems for potential bottlenecks, identifying and implementing solutions, performing system patching, and ensuring data backups for both on-premise and cloud systems.
• Support IT initiatives, which include assisting with Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) and IT audit exercises, participating in the planning and execution of annual IT DR drills, and providing escalation support as needed.

Job Duties

- Provide technical leadership to the IT Operations team (vendor and local IT) to support system operations, Microsoft O365, networking, servers, change management, configuration management, user support, IT security, database administration, and Microwave communications.

- Identify and thoroughly research various server/storage architectures and applications suited for business operations and develop the business case justification if needed.

- Oversee installs, configuration, upgrades, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security for the agency file and database servers. Ensure that the server uptime is meeting the metrics.

- Oversee the user account management and development and deployment of patches.

- Manages group’s expectations and ensures prompt and complete service.

- Support the Infrastructure Lead on the enterprise LAN/WAN, IP Telephony, Routing, Wireless Backhaul, Data Centre Networking Technology, Cambium Networks (cnMaestro), and Network Management Systems (NMS) covering fault, configuration, performance, and capacity management environments and lead the design, plans, and implementations of related projects.

- Infrastructure and Network Management:

o Manages and performs expert-level network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.

o Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves expert-level network problems.

o Roadmap network system and advise process improvements.

o Work with the Infra team to evaluate new and prospective network technologies. Be proactive member in the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.

- Analyze the impact of existing or proposed projects on the enterprise infrastructure to ensure that projects do not compromise the security of the infrastructure or security policies.

o Good knowledge of Security Management (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, VMWare NSX, etc)

o Identify security risks and coordinate their remediation.

o Manage responses to security incidents.

o Provide practical security best-practice guidance to agency-wide networking initiatives.

- Execute Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as an architect with multi-disciplinary technical skills in Virtualization’s hypervisors, systems & storage, Backup, Network, DB, O365 and Hyper-converged.
• Expert knowledge of Load Balancing platforms - F5 or AVI / VMWare/Nutanix - MUST
• 5+ years of experience in Azure cloud engagement.
• 7+ years of Network Virtualization with VSAT Broadband experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Cambium Networks (Wireless Backhaul), Microwave links communication.
• Good knowledge of Certificates, DNS, DHCP, Authentication, and Authorisation.
• Experience with Cisco routing/switching equipment and routing technology and protocols.
