Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Head of Engineering & Operations to oversee regional engineering aligning to regional business strategies and lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the APAC region.
Lead development and implementation of engineering solutions and operations strategies across the APAC region;
Spearhead initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and productivity in engineering solutions and operations;
Oversee management of test cost and throughput efficiency;
Collaborate with design teams on new products from evaluation to full production.
Align test engineering systems and processes for various manufacturing sites.
Lead and advocate for a robust customer-focused culture.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional strategies.
Requirements:
Master's degree focusing on global strategies, program management in the engineering field, or similar discipline.
Experience leading strategic and operational initiatives;
Experience managing regional teams;
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma;
Familiarity with JMP and Optimal Plus.
Strong management skills, with the ability to interact with people from various levels;
Positive personality with a customer-centric attitude;
