Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Contract Execution Engineer to oversee the execution of contracts, negotiate vendor agreements aligned with the scope of work, and lead a team to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. This role demands a professional with strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Execution:Execute contracts in accordance with agreed terms, conditions, and the defined scope of work.
Monitor adherence to contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align project deliverables with contract requirements.
Proactively address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the execution phase.
- Vendor Negotiation:Negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers to finalize contracts that align with the project scope, budget, and timeline.
Evaluate vendor proposals for technical, financial, and operational suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support project goals and future collaborations.
- Team Supervision and Leadership:Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Project Management:Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to management.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving:Exhibit strong leadership skills, motivating and guiding the team through challenges.
Make informed decisions to resolve issues while balancing project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and project workflows.
- Qualifications:
- minimum O level with advanced certificate in work place safety and health, safety coordinator, other construction and process related safety certificates.
- Proven experience in contract management, vendor negotiations, and team leadership.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and contract management software.
