Responsibility:

1. Responsible to create technical reports for Customer

2. Responsible for updating electrical load list for power and lighting system

3. Responsible for completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

4. Support the engineers in monitoring project deliverables and actively engage where project teams would benefit from technical intervention

5. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings

6. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination

7. Provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service.

Requirement:

2. Minimum 3 (three) to years’ experience in relevant field .

3. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

4. Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays (if required)

5. Ready to work any time if emergency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor

• As a Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that teams work together to deliver quality work within strict deadlines.
• You will also monitor all construction processes and provide training and team-building sessions when required.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, performing equipment material and routine site inspections, and scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff will also be part of your daily duties.
• You will work closely with architects and other professionals, stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction, and assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Must be available to work on public holidays, weekends, and the night shift if required.
• Excellent communication skills, focus, calmness under pressure, and expertise in site documentation and preparation are essential.
• Must also be willing to work beyond regular working hours.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a furniture/renovation carpenter supervisor with good carpentry skills.
• Able to take site measurements independently.
• Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery such as routers, planers, sanding machines, edge bending machines, and post forming machines.
• Capable of leading a team of experienced carpenters and training new carpenters.
• Good communication skills and ability to produce wood-working hand drawings.
• Able to work in harsh outdoor weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime to complete projects on time.
• Able to follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site.
• Must be available to work night shifts and split shifts.
• Must be willing to work extra hours or weekends if necessary.
