A Senior Cloud & Network Engineer of IT Infrastructure and Cloud/Network must be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for technology. You are required to work closely with the Network/Server team, PC support team and our customers to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

Candidate is responsible to ensure that the service delivery to customers is in compliance with Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the manager and must ensure timely and accurate response to customer’s request, to liaise with each stakeholder (internal/external) to ensure smooth coordination for all transactions including pre-sales, contractual work, project P/L, and resource allocation.

A. Network Administrator

B. System Administrator Cloud Architect

Requirements:

• Master/ Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• Rich experience in machine learning, data analysis and algorithm development.
• Experience in NLP and Generative A.I
• Experience in technology transfer from R&D collaboration projects related to robotic, cognitive systems.
• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Demonstrated history of engineering innovation.
• Track record of publicized papers in top conferences/journals, international competition, patents is a plus.

• Communicate and coordinate closely with Japan engineers, manager in machine program, network and software used.
• Coordinate with internal IT department and external vendor for machine networking and software updating.
• Manage the factory software and hardware assets inventory and updating regularly to management.
• Work closely with IT department, R&D department and Smart Factory Team to implement innovation system to support productivity and quality.
• Control factory IT networking, machine program and sever data up-keeping and ensure continuous smooth operations.
• Implement IOT box to factory processes do not have networking connection.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Computer Science Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in factory IT Networking / Machine programming
• Able to manage factory machine program, networking and IT system updating.
• Good in project management, machinery software control and server data control.
• Proficient in programming languages including Python, R, and SQL
• Work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver.
• Good interpersonal skills especially communicating and collaborating with internal and external.
• Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules.
• Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned.

• To perform system development for in-house web-based applications
• To handle requirements gathering, estimation, design, coding, testing and preparation for deployment
• To assist users in day-to-day helpdesk support
• To prepare an appropriate amount of documentation for each stage of development
• Any other IT project as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields

• Provide support for in-house applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
• Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications.
• Carry out user acceptance testing independently and with users.
• Function as a project manager when required, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related fields
• Good knowledge of ERP, Sales Order, Finance & MRP applications.
• Min. 2 years of experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC.
• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills. Project management experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrates analytical and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Able to work independently, be a good team player and be able to communicate at all levels.

· Support and implement new EDI solutions and applications. Develop

implement a usability testing process to ensure that new applications

meet requirements.

· Analyze user requirements, write and test code, refining and rewriting

it as necessary. Manage the software development lifecycle and

integrate existing software in different platforms to work together

· Hardware and software installation and maintenance.

Requirements:

· Must be strong in programming, and website design/development.

· Knowledge of ERP system (preferably Navision) advantageous.

· Knowledge of PHP, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, C#,C/AL, CRM.

· Familiar with MS office applications (2007, 2010, 2013, Office 365)

· Familiar with MS Windows (X Pro, 7 Pro, 10 Pro)

· Ideally, also has experience in hardware and software installation and

maintenance.
