Your primary role is in planning quality checks for centres. Coach, direct and guide the Principals and centres in fulfilling the various requirements based on the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARKS) criterions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan, Assess and Coach centres in fulfilling SPARK and Development Visit requirements, furnish reports and action plans for improvement.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of centres, based on current and past SPARKS /DV performances.
- Analyse, strategize, and work with relevant parties to improve future performance across centres.
- Monitor and set progressive goals to narrow gaps and eradicate discrepancies.
- Develop action plan, training and coaching to meet SPARKS criteria.
- Provide Professional Development for Centre Leaders & Potential Leaders
- Manage Special Projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or higher
- Minimum 5 years of ECE teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years of visionary & curriculum leadership in EC setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mentoring and/or coaching in EC setting
- Minimum 1 year of SPARK assessment experience for internal centres
