Successful candidate will be supporting the sales team with rates and shipment bookings. Job is administrative
Job Scope
- Attending to client enquires and needs.
- Collaborating with team members in providing appropriate freight solutions.
Following through, executing and reviewing freight jobs.
- Maintaining strong relations between industry players and stakeholders.
- Refining and the process along the way, working towards a win-win solution for both clients and company.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service orientated with good initiative
Able to commit for overtime when required
Experience not required as On Job Training will be provided
