Forklift Driver

Location:

Terms:

Full-Time position

Working Hours (5.5 days/week, Alternate Saturdays off)

- Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm

- Saturdays, 8am to 12pm

Salary:

(Basic) $2000-2300

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in Forklift Driving

Able to commit to OT

Job Scope:

- Picking, packing, driving of forklift and scanning of outbound stock as per picking and purchase order

- Pre-inspect stock or packing condition of PPE plastic products prior to offloading/outbound

- Check stocks for shelf life/expiry date

- Assist with shifting and stacking of physical shipments

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Candidate requirements:

- Computer literate

- Must possess at least a Secondary School ‘N’ level/Higher academic in any field

- Fluent in English

- Able to perform well in fast-paced environments

Other information:

- HIGH OT (claimable, cap at 72hrs per month)

- Shuttle bus:

o Shuttle in at 7.30am (JE MRT – JI)

o Shuttle out at 5.30pm and 7.30pm (JI – JE MRT)

o After 10.30pm, transport will be provided from Jurong Island to Jurong East MRT

Air Export Operations Officer

Location:

Terms:

Basic $2000-$2400

Daily Allowance: $20/day

Job Scope:

• Using in-house system through CargoWise (CW1) and perform data entry
• Segregation, sorting, matching of executed, completed documents
• Perform physical cargo segregation, simple packing etc
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties
• Any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
2. Manage the billings, ensure that it is on time.
3. Ensure compliance with legal, customs and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping and safety aspects.
4. Participate in all audits (Quality, Safety and Customers).
5. Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciling with our WMS.
6. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company assets.
7. Responsible for the management and ongoing development of all warehouse staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the logistics/warehouse industry.
• Experience in designing and set up of warehouse. (Will be an advantage)
• Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Must be Hands On and demonstrate Leadership skills and Project management skills.

Job Description

• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers)
• Liaise with Transporters and Consignees to coordinate the clearance and delivery of imports
• Monitoring and following up of Import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
• Understanding customs process and procedures
• Attending phone calls from customers
• Processing shipments in EDI software
• Arranging local handling services
• Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
• Perform duties as assigned by manager
• 5.5 days/ week (Alt Sat after confirmation)

Customer Service Officer

Location:

38 Jalan Buroh, Level 7, Hankyu Hanshin Logistics Centre

Terms:

Full-Time position

Working Hours (5.5 days/week, Alternate Saturdays)

- Day shift: 7.30am to 4.30pm

- Afternoon shift: 12pm to 9pm

Salary:

Min $2000

- Transport allowance: $100 per month

- Shift allowance: $10 daily based on timely attendance

• Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, order processing, delivery orders and delivery summary
• Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call
• Check GRN (Goods Received Notice)
• Perform closing for all D/O
• Prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports
• Manage trucking container/shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team
• Daily filing
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
