1) to lead a team of FW to do RC works
2) to maintain communication with main contractor
3) to attend weekly meetings with main contractor
4) to arrange daily scehdule & works on site
5) to maintain proper documentation of daily works
6) able to use MS office software
7) can converse in CHINESE & ENGLISH
8) to be the bridge between management & the workers
9) to be able to do calculations on the quantity of materials used for the necesaary works
