**SUMMARY:** Coordinates activities of shipping personnel engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment by performing the following duties.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to insure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Schedules deliveries with customers.
Studies inventory to identify products to ship.
Scans transfer tickets.
Processes incoming and outgoing delivery driver paperwork.
Manages multiple drivers and attendants.
Ensures a safe and clean work place.
Class 4 or 5 Driving License is essential
**Supervisory Responsibilities:** Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include directing work; disciplining employees; and resolving problems.

Requires basic math skills.
**REASONING ABILITY** : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
