- Provide face-to-face or remote customer support across all end user IT services
- Apply technical knowledge to support end users for corporate desktop, laptop, mobile devices as well as network services, email services, etc.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Office or any other authorized desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot and perform hardware break-fix on computers, or follow up warranty process accordingly
- Deliver and maintain first-class customer service ensuring that all customers are responded to and problems are addressed in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Provide ideas and solutions to prevent problems and incidents from reoccurring that impact client computing support and overall employee productivity.
- Perform analysis and support of functional or corporate deployed services using problem solving techniques and root cause analysis concepts.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT discipline or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years' experience in IT Deskside support, all kinds of PC Software and Hardware troubleshooting.
- Good support knowledge in MS Windows OS and Office Suite products
- Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure (Network topologies, VPN, Server etc.) enough to isolate end user problems
- Able to work in fast moving and demanding environment
- Multitasked and process oriented
Location: Depot Close (Queenstown area)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $2800 - $3400
