- Manage and develop the portfolio of existing customers
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process purchase orders, keep track of orders status, invoicing, scheduling and delivery.
- Generate sales leads for targeted sales portfolio.
- Execution of outbound sales calls campaigns and follow through on leads.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers and vendors.
- Address customers’ queries, concern and escalations.
- Ownership of team targets and KPIs; contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction .
- Responsible for sales administration, internal process control to ensure smooth closure of sales transactions.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business or related
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- 5 days work (8.30am to 6pm) at Henderson road (Bukit Merah Central)
- Salary $2500 - $3500
- Start work immediately or within short notice
